地球圈层耦合国际会议(ICES),旨在汇聚全球顶尖的科学家、研究人员,共同探讨自然灾害的预测、预警和临近预报等前沿问题。会议将聚焦地球各圈层的相互作用机制、灾害预测预警技术等关键议题,通过跨学科的合作与交流,推动地球科学研究的深入发展,为构建更加安全、可持续的地球环境贡献力量。
